It's a new product where Serge is adding an LPG gas tank on a diesel powered engine vehicle. If I understood correctly, on engine start up, the diesel engine will run for two minutes on diesel fuel and then the electronic software developed by Serge will switch over and the vehicle will run on the LPG gas tank. Apparently LPG gas, the kind used on outdoor gas grills is abundent in the US, it burns clean and the goverment is providing tax encentives. With the tax breaks being pushed by the goverment, the cost of fuel at todays prices approx. 3.00$/gal would equate to about .75Cents/gallon. With a lower fuel cost, it's no wonder Serge will be having disucssions with UPS. The cost to retrofit is about 15,000 per vehicle. It is striclty a product for a large fleet of vehicles like Fed Ex or UPS.

on the cornell exit strategy, i asked him about that . apparently he offered them 700,000 to walk away and is waiting for a response. in order for warrants to transition into tradable stock i believe he has to sign them off.
