SPNG's hired guns work so they can get paid. They will file any lawsuit as long as they are not doing anything illegal. you can bet this lawyer Heller got paid up front with a certified check prior to penning any part of this lawsuit.

He appears to very much not done his homework at all, By the suit the lawyer appears to have to:
A. Let mosky write the complaint
B. Helped mosky write the complaint
C. Has no self respect and just is taking money to put his name on a piece of trash that even I would not file Pro Se as it would be too embarrassing.
I would not be shocked one bit if you see SPNG sued for this and have to pay damages and costs for what they have done. NY also has anti SLAPP laws which this case is a poster child for.
