we will hear a settlement soon! I would think SPNG's lawyer did his homework right before filing. Also SPNG's lawyer is well versed with practising law in US and NY

He appears to very much not done his homework at all,
By the suit the lawyer appears to have to:

A. Let mosky write the complaint

B. Helped mosky write the complaint

C. Has no self respect and just is taking money to put his name on a piece of trash that even I would not file Pro Se as it would be too embarrassing.

I would not be shocked one bit if you see SPNG sued for this and have to pay damages and costs for what they have done. NY also has anti SLAPP laws which this case is a poster child for.
