My understanding is 5 days. However, I don't know if he would wait that long to PR. He wouldn't be able to buy/sell stock in the meantime if any contracts are signed/funding is closed without PRing it to the public first.
From my understanding, both o/s increases were for Mineseeker. Apparently, there is a great deal of activity going on today in their offices. So, I assume we will see PRs beginning early next week.
