there was a PR a month(?)(2?) ago saying they closed two acquisitions. They have since gone unnamed. Because this 4-5 business day buffer has since passed, are we to assume that these acquisitions weren't actually closed? Or is merely stating that an acquisition was made, without ever mentioning the name, enough to satisfy the requirement?
