Individuals will sell, but not at these prices. Once buy back actually starts, they will be forced to buy at significantly higher prices than we are currently experiencing. I know a majority of shareholders who actually know what is going on here won't even think about selling until we're well past a dollar. Personally, I've got my sights set much higher than even that...
If a company has a material event, they must PR it. They cannot "conceal" information from the public and buy/sell company stock based on that information without disclosing it to the public first. So, he cannot sit on news and buy based on this news without PRing it. Hope that's helpful. GLTA.
