If individual shareholders are not giving up shares how will the company be able to perform the buyback?
This is actually my first penny stock purchase as well, but I jumped in for the reward vs. the risk. Also just love aerospace so it fits nicely.
Anyway, one point that has been bugging me. I don't understand why the longs are asking for a PR and asking for the buyback to start. These two goals contradict each other. If you are a long you should want Dean to delay and cover up the financing as long as he can so that he is able to get as many shares back for QASP at the lowest cost. As a stockholder I am all for buying shares back at .01 instead of buying them at .03(or whatever). Each stock bought back adds to shareholder value.
