EEGC did NOT lose its OTCBB listing. The SEC added an extra E to the symbol because of the late filing. The filing has been submitted and published and we wait for the E to be dropped and the symbol to be returned to EEGC.

Give us a break! EEGC lost its OTCBB listing this week. Where in the world do you get this from. They have already filed, but even if they had not I would think that anybody that knows anything about the stock market would know there is a grace period.

Wrong. EEGCE is delinquent in its filing of its Q4 and Annual Report but is far from getting delisted. Its a common practice to extend filing annual reports when you are a development stage company. EEGC has done it almost every year.

I don't like the practice as I enjoy reviewing these filings, but I certainly understand it from a corporate standpoint.
