LOL... Now even clear definitions are being confused. The difference between delisting and listing change could not be clearer but some just don't want anything to do with the truth.

Even OTCBB itself shows that EEGC is not delisted, so why on earth can someone come here and post that it is, completely ignoring the fact that it is not?

EEGC simply continues to have BAD Management.
They can't even file financials on time.
