AZ's discrimination law will be challenged in the courts

I have not seen an actual copy of the law, but have seen a couple of TV Interviews where they stated that there is strict language in the actual bill that racial profiling shall not be used to enforce the law. Of course, that is going to be a tough one for any arresting officer to prove. It would be fantastic to see the Fed Govt pass a zero tolerance law for companies hiring illegals like the one passed in AZ, but not sure those in DC right now have the guts to pull it off. That goes for both sides of the aisle.

Peg .. I know you do not do youtubes . I just wanted to get this up here ... I'm about halfway through .... this guy says it's a huge expansion of government ..PLUS it is outright discrimination.. He reads the provision that is suppose to make it NOT discrimination which in fact he says it states just the opposite PLUS it will raise taxes .. I'll finish listening ... ;)

AZ will be going bankrupt with all the lawsuits soon to be coming. I bet there are hundreds of lawyers fighting to represent this guy already.
