AZ's discrimination law will be challenged in the courts

I have not seen an actual copy of the law, but have seen a couple of TV Interviews where they stated that there is strict language in the actual bill that racial profiling shall not be used to enforce the law. Of course, that is going to be a tough one for any arresting officer to prove. It would be fantastic to see the Fed Govt pass a zero tolerance law for companies hiring illegals like the one passed in AZ, but not sure those in DC right now have the guts to pull it off. That goes for both sides of the aisle.
