Actually, AZ already has an Employer Sanction Law that can lead to actually shutting down a business that knowingly hires illegals. I agree with you 100% that companies doing such hiring should be hit as hard or harder than the illegals!

Just to be clear I support legal immigration because it just strengthens our country. Arizona already has a state law that imposes sanctions against employers who hire illegal immigrants. A law signed by a democrat Janet Napolitano the former Gov. We are talking about the state of Arizona and not the previous Presidential Administraion who can't do anything now anyway. You really need to get up to date. A law that makes it a crime to be in the United States illegally is discrimination? How so?
