"you might have some understanding why Arizona is concerned with immigration" - Immigration is not the issue...the issue, as I understand it, is illegal immigration and if corps would stop hiring them they'd stop coming. But Repub pols will never step on the toes of corps, so the beat goes on!
We just went through EIGHT YEARS of a Repub admin who did nothing about illegal immigration but rant about it...oh, yea, they did do something - they gave the Boeing Corp a sweetheart contract for a border fence that never lived up to it's promise.
Now we have a state passing a law to sanction discrimination - a law that's surely headed for the courts.
