Happy Earth Day- the 40th anniversary of the celebration! A beautiful, mild day is ahead for Western Oregon and Southwest Washington. Overcast skies will clear to partly sunny in the afternoon. Daytime highs will be near 64 degrees. Overnight lows drop into the low 40s. Tomorrow, clouds will increase in the afternoon...but the day will remain dry. There is a slight chance of evening rain...which extends into Saturday.
