I was just guessing that due to the inactivity for so many years that not too many people would still be holding shares. But your numbers are probably more accurate.
It's also a mystery to me as to why they haven't filed the completed 10Qs and the audited 10K(s) with the SEC. That in itself would have given the market a better idea of their solvency and progress. Have you ever broached that subject with them?
