I'm not sure who's giving this advice (to not issue NR's), but they're dead wrong and I've been telling them that for years LOL. The last we spoke about the shareholder count (about 3 years ago), there were quite a few with 100 or less shares (from the days of AMCI stock at $2 and higher). Don't quote me, but I believe it was over 1500. Probably due to every Tom, Dick, & Harry playing the markets with $200 in their pockets during the '90's. Still, in the bigger picture, this is a very small minority of the float, and can probably be taken out in the first 5 minutes of trading if they announce anything significant.
