Does this not state that the shares of RTGV have been registered under Section 12g of the Securities act?

Your post regarding your conversation with the SEC:

"According to the SEC (I just spent time on the phone again with them) it looks like RTGV is just a section 15D reporting company and is not required to file form 3,4,5 because they don't have any shares registered under sections 12b and 12g of the securities exchange act. You'll notice those are blank on the latest 10K meaning they are not subject to section 12 and thus don't need to file form 3,4 or 5s. "
