BBP As long as people are sharing their theories, here goes mine. Total a/s 483 bil, o/s 40 bil. Urban has retired A/s down to 400 bil recently. So we have even 400 bil cmkx. The rest are nss. Urban sells the 300 bil plus some of his own personal shares back to the mm's to cover. As soon as the covering is over and the price is at .10 he does a 10-1 reverse split into cim. Now we have 40 billion shares of cim at 1.00 per share, we file an ipo with cim and go to the amex.
