Apparently you just don't get it. The SEC regulations state a SPECIFIC TIME PERIOD AFTER these events have taken place in which to file.

PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTION:

Does she have shares? (We all know she does). WHERE ARE THE FILINGS FOR THESE SHARES?

Form 3 is for INITIAL OWNERSHIP STATEMENT.

FORM 4 is to show additions (buys or compensation) or sells.

We know she has gotten shares from time to time. The 10Q's and 10K's show this.

WHERE ARE THE REQUIRED FORMS??

These should have been already filed LONG ago.
