There's a whole lot of mystery indeed Steve F and I do not doubt what you are saying. However, I would assume Delaware couldn't (even temporarily) lower the A/S to 900M if the O/S were higher but then again maybe they do not have access to what the current O/S is. There is so much speculation it's impossible to find the truth. And I am currently long & holding awaiting the truth. And IMO the pumptards & bashtards are equally bad.
SteveF - when the squeeze starts, it will not be time to do paperwork with Delaware SOS.
Having A/S already at 3 Billion is MUCH better.
Then the squeeze can occur (by issuing to the crooks while PPS increases exponentially), and then R/S occurs, maybe we won't even need 100/1, but maybe only 10/1.
