Note the use of the present tense throughout the "technology briefing". Phrases like "We make equipment that...Embarq™ is targeted at...We also carry lower speed services...Transport Processors like Embarq form the link... The Embarq™ family of transport processors are the fastest processors on the market...Embarq™ is even faster than VDSL...We make equipment...they provide the platforms on which our chips reside...New Visual’s technology is placed in elements of the telecom network called access concentrators."
All throughout the briefing, they speak as though they actually have products, or that they make equipment. Nowhere do they even begin to mention that they have not yet even produced a working FPGA prototype.
If you ask me, it is sleazy and dishonest. To say "The Embarq™ family of transport processors are the fastest processors on the market" is, frankly, another bald-faced lie. The statement says that there is a "family" of Embarq processors "on the market". The "briefing" is full of more deception and dishonesty.
Disgusting.
There is nothing truthful or honest about NVEI in either briefing. It is an old trick. Mix some lies and deception in with some real science, and people believe it.
It works though. EW seems to have jumped the fence again. IOwn is playing with his rocket again. Just goes to show you that some people can be lied to over and over and over again.
My guess is that these "technology briefings" are part of another coordinated pump effort, much like Market-Pulse last year.
