EW seems to have jumped the fence again.
No fence jumping here. I've been watching from afar for quite some time now. I've simply turned my head slightly and am looking at the other side for the time being.
My main point is that either they have a product NOW and it could be proven in a court of law if need be OR Brad doesn't mind a little jail time. In my opinion, he has taken a HUGE step outside of the safe harbor protected waters and planted himself firmly in the "better have it or it's bubba time" zone. If they were trying to stall us and let us down easily after all of these years to prevent lawsuits, this definitely is a step in the wrong direction. I don't think Brad/Ray would be that stupid. The possibility does exist that they do actually have something.
While they haven't actually released factual evidence that tells us what they have, the circumstantial evidence is getting a bit stronger. I think this little release looks a whole lot like it could be a little primer just before the first of the year.
I'm interested in the truth here. When things seem to change, I can take a different stance. I'm not so committed one way or the other that I CAN'T change my mind about POSSIBILITIES.
