ty emerald...and ditto. I agree 100%. I've read a few of Ms. Duff's responses to other posters here, and she's a straight-shooter, no-nonsense or shenanigans, kind of business woman imho. It was a great get for this company and which should pay dividends quickly. I have to believe her presence may already be partially responsible for helping a bottom be put in here. I think the company needed something solid like that right at this juncture to help shore up investor confidence (and so the principals of teh company can be more focused on running the company and incresing revenues and profitability. Considering her arrival was March 24, ironically the exact day the .008 low was put in here and then which set off the subsequent to-date reversal pattern that has been forming, I'd say there is a direct correlation. Solid IR is crucial to being a top notch company presence in the market. In fact, when you speak with her next, you can say that her presence was one of my keys to entry at this time.

I think now the stock has a real shot of experiencing some kind of nice capitulation move sooner than later. The down-side agenda has secured some great gains through the whole move, but eventually they have to make lock it up...

What she said about her feeling that the A/S wouldn't need to be raised anytime soon, was my feeling also before your post. I think they did their thing (that all companies do at various times for various reasons), and now things can normalize. .40 - .008 is a HUGE move in penny land. But now a correction shouldn't be too far off to somewhat more respectable levels. When you've got revenues, some great products that consumers want to buy, a clean CI tier ticker, very good transparency in your just-released Annual (esp regarding all the debt-equity transactions--which is rare in Pinks except from a company that truly is serious about compliance), new solid IR personnel adds to the team...that all that makes downside players want to pack-up and go elsewhere where the pickings are easier. This pocket has been picked. I always say thieves hate it when the lights are on in the house and clearly people are home. It will make them move to the next house where it's dark. I see this company as having made huge strides to shore up their entire presentation and package, from one that was dropping the ball, to one that has earned some rewards. Mainly the Street wants companies to be correct, upfront, transparent, proving compliance, and showing you're serious about being a success. There are tons of companies where it's not even within their power to achieve all these things at once, let alone them proving even a few of those at once. From what I see right here and looking at the check list, I see a firing-on-all-cylinders kind of thing going on in this ticker now. We'll see how it shapes up from here, but it's looking better by the day.

And the best news is, even though shareholders may be grumpy about the jump in share count (whom I don't blame), management did what they had to do but still left some serious good run potential on the table by being responsible and only bringing it up to a now nominal ~240M float. That's not that terrible and can still produce some nice sized price swings in a hurry when the time is at hand and the V shows up at the post. My guess says available shares are getting more scarce by the week now. The steady increase in MFI over the last month or so would tend to support that thesis. As a consolation to shareholders, I believe management really did have them in mind to a degree, knowing they (management) weren't completely obliterating the share structure and so leaving in some nice movement potential still. The said current share structure is also a reason why, as I believe, the stock will have seen its bottom here and not lower. The CEO knows how the game works and so does Ms. Duff. Seems to be looking up guys! gl

good post emerald..and this statement is one that stands out and is one I agree with:

She is optimistic that they can get an investment through a "value-added partnership" down the line and we probably won't have to worry about an A/S raise for some time.

That's the biggest asset of having someone of her caliber, experience and connections on-board of this company. She's a former multi-C-level executive herself. And considering the recent share structure change has been done very recently, the foreseeable future, I would consider clear (and with still a very low share structure in place relatively speaking which showed restraint and responsibility by management). gl
