That's the biggest asset of having someone of her caliber, experience and connections on-board of this company. She's a former multi-C-level executive herself. And considering the recent share structure change has been done very recently, the foreseeable future, I would consider clear (and with still a very low share structure in place relatively speaking which showed restraint and responsibility by management). gl
