sorry fourkids, the SEC didn't leave the investors in limbo. They had suspended trading for 10 days and disclosed their concerns, they filed a Wells Notice in December and disclosed what they have found cause for enforcement on. That is informing investors.

clearly after witnessing the vitriol over the disclosure of public documents regarding the share structure you really have to question the investors at this point as to whether they understand the information they ARE receiving.

In case you are unaware, the SEC has a notice on their website specifically regarding the investment into penny stocks with limited reporting. it is not the SEC's responsibility to hold each investors hand and explain in detail what investors are unwilling to listen to with reasoning.
