Patchman.. I believe this has little to do with the status of SPNG.. yet you repeat the same inferred insults over and over.. this is NOT the SEC board.. it is the SPNG board..

it is not the SEC's responsibility to hold each investors hand and explain in detail what investors are unwilling to listen to with reasoning.

Further... not all that is posted here.. is what I would call... "reasoning"

all us market based stocks are a risk .. SPNG is no different

but in particular those stocks on the otc and otc bb
are prime *risk* particularly in the last 8 years or so
that would *indeed* include spongetech (the co.) and SPNG
(the stock)

again .. highly doubtful anyone in spng doesn't understand
the risk associated with them first being an otc bb co. then with
them being relegated to the grays while *events* unfold and forensics
are done

hopefully *across* all levels =D
not just a select few

the facts revealed piecemeal by those in the know
the volume and percentages done daily .. weekly .. monthly
the pps
pike's filings

and of course the passing of time

oh and imo each individual recognizes their own risk/reward
based on their respective DD where spongetech is concerned

i have no doubts about that at all
