If I recall MMT is in Nigeria. I would not qualify that country as a low risk country. You have to assign some kind of a risk and it will always be reflected in the SP.
ATPG will be producing $4.7M of oil a day in December. It does not take long to get the $1.3B off the books. I'll give you the hurricanes but the oil does not go away with the wind. It goes away with a nationalisation.
By the way I have a much higher $ value in my MMT holding than for ATPG :)
