I agree with that statement. The Shelton Group has been thus far very helpful when I had questions. That first week was also a test run and doesn't mean much. The 7 weeks we have now are still a test run as well. Plus, it's just a squeegee. Nothing to write home about. I look forward to their second and third products once they have honed their marketing strategy.
