I hope that's correct....I find it hard to believe they obtained a license and didn't scream it to the moon though. But I also remind myself this is China...not an easy place to research OR understand.

Add the corruption to the mix and anything is possible.....by that I mean they could KNOW they will get a license...via the greasy palm.
