Q1 Financials are due tomorrow. It might be good practice for these people to get things in on time if they are thinking of getting into a bigger league. After all they have 2 Attorneys on the team now and their Accountant / Auditor is in the same small town.

Jim, isn't it possible that they haven't posted their filing yet, as to not show their hand? Then there would be no point of a PR. Maybe they're not finished with a certain deal that they have been working on, so to speak, and they don't want to let a competitor know? Could be many reasons IMO. Seems like a lot of folks want to jump to conclusions about why they don't file in an orderly fashion or early for that individual investor. That's my opinion too!
