Hi Mr. XXXX,
We will not be late on these filings, nor will it affect our standing or status on the Pink Sheets as we have a 6 month grace period for such filings. However, we do like to post everything quarterly and should have this one done as well within a very short time; and will stay on track in the future. Thank you for your interest in KAT.
