It will never be unlocked by the DTC as ANVH would first have to pay the dividend they still owe to the investors. What you guys got from NUEC had nothing to do with the dividend that was not paid. The .001 per share owed to investors of record of 12/29/2008, payable 03/31/2009.

Sorry to say, but this is a total scam and everyone knows it now. "Dr." Fischer is a con-man and he's probably on some island laughing while people who still hold shares are wondering why they have bag in their hand that has 'ANVH' printed on the side...
