It is not crazy. It is what needs to happen so that the company can go public. The SEC requires that each stock holder has their certs in hand before it goes public. Asking for this information now shows that we are very close to being complete. After going through the audits, this will be one of the last things that needs to be in place for the market maker to go live. Just because you are on the outside looking in, it does not mean it is crazy and that it is a scam.
