It doesn't mean that it isn't either...what I said, is they have this information....from everyone....and if anyone's information changed, then they have to make sure it's correct. But I still think it's a scam...it has all the marks as one, plus the SEC is still investigating. They have been pulling you all by the nose.

The SEC requires that each stock holder has their certs in hand before it goes public

I wonder how many stock holders they will be unable to reach?? - what then? we just wait until they are all found?

Can they put those into some sort of "escrow" account and proceed???
