Sean Fulda has financially backed Bain's companies in the past and "may" be owed money loaned to DnC. He and his family own 90M shares according to DnC FL Bankruptcy records unless they sold them in 2009.
Sean Fulda is CEO of another penny stock company but I don't think it currently has business operations.
