Sure, it is fine... especially since you do not know the answer either... and won't make the call. Seems like if the questions were that important and an answer is imperative you'd make the call.
JBII is progressing just fine, too, it appears. JB, JBII personnel, and IsleChem personnel KNOW permits are needed so it seems ridiculous to assume that the necessary permits will NOT be applied for and secured.
The interesting fact is that you keep asking repeatedly about the permits as IF shareholders have an obligation to do DD for those who do NOT own shares and refuse to check with JBII about their questions... SHAREHOLDERS who have skin in the game seem to have a level of confidence in JBII to apply for permits when needed so do NOT feel the urgency to know the date and hour that a permit is obtained. It is sufficient to know that the business MUST have permits to proceed, therefore, common sense says that a rational intelligent CEO would see that they are obtained.
(I find it laughable that some people's expectations are THAT the permitting bureaucracies will have the ISSUING of PERMITS available in the public domain online in virtually REAL TIME at the instant a permit is issued! Too bad all other government bureaucracies are not as efficient as this imagined permitting agency! LOL)
Shareholders have come to know that JB delivers on what he says... allowing for delays that are out of his control... like customs holding up the first P2O processor.
OUT OF THAT DELAY John and the JBII team worked out several design changes/improvements and envisioned a continuous feed system for the processor. All the changes have been incorporated into the FIRST FULL SCALE P2O PROCESSOR (so we have been told), and it has allowed JBII to be able to manufacture the processors in North America.
I can hardly contain the excitement that I'm feeling about the public unveiling at the AGM. JBII executing its business plan is no longer speculation... the uncertainties are the unexpected events that pop up along the way causing delays or rquire effort to overcome. JBII has so far proved it will successfully deal with the unexpected, and JB has proved to be a man of his word in spite of all efforts to portray him otherwise.
April 24th many answeres will be in the public domain for questions being fretted over today. Tick, tock... JBII's gonna blow the EFF up!
