I'm not sure -- I wasn't smart enough to figure out the obvious in the first place. That of course they had all necessary permits to operate the damn thing in the first place and show it off at the AGM.
My hat is off to anybody that wasn't as brain dead as I was when I foolishly thought permitting might actually be a problem. WTF was I thinking? I should be embarrassed and ashamed of myself.
The FAA !!! Find out yourself. If JB says he got a permit then he did. Dig for info yourself and let us know exactly what agency issued the permit !!!!
