What "public domain" places have you looked? If the info isn't easily located, then maybe the "public domain" information hasn't been updated.

Here's an answer: I don't know who issued the permit. But if I really wanted to know, I would call 1 of the 2 parties involved: the company or the government body that issues air permits.

IHub doesn't issue the air permit. You're looking in the wrong place.

I think he's suggesting you call the company and ask them to direct you to the information that it's in the public domain if you're not satisfied with the answers to your questions here he's offering you an alternative method to help you do proper and actually meaningful DD.

I don't recall anybody suggesting that you call the company to get inside information. You should call the company for the same reason that you supposedly ask a question on a message board -- so that you can be directed where to find certain information. Call the company and ask them to email you links, references, phone numbers, articles, filings, whatever you need.

Seems like a pretty simple and common sense process. Let us know what you find.
