I think it's pretty obvious who issued a permit to run a processor in New York, and it wasn't the Canadian government.

What "public domain" places have you looked? If the info isn't easily located, then maybe the "public domain" information hasn't been updated.

Here's an answer: I don't know who issued the permit. But if I really wanted to know, I would call 1 of the 2 parties involved: the company or the government body that issues air permits.

IHub doesn't issue the air permit. You're looking in the wrong place.

I sense that you don't have any answers to my relatively simple questions, but that's fine. I'm not sure why you continue to interject with comments, but since this is a discussion board that's OK too.

"Public domain" is a term you may not be familiar with, but a simple Google search should enlighten you.
