I want to know who chooses who can flip or not. I picked up some shares over a month ago @ .0001 and just for fun put some back for sell @ .0002 the next day. Well there still there @ .0002, don't get me wrong I think this will go higher but I've always heard people talking about flipping a .0001 stock so I thought I would see what happens. So as far as I can tell it looks like only the ones that can go out to 5 decimals can flip. Can someone enlighten me on this. I'm still tryibg to learn the game. Thanks.
