If your going to stay around like the page says, you may want to consider a visitor comment page if you have the server space.

Also, there may be a copyright infringement thing going on... blackoutmedia.com is still owned by sandy or somebody of that organization and blackoutmedia.NET may be open to litigation by sandy if he wants to shut your information venue down. Changing just the domain may not be enough…Something to think about unless the group has clearance on that name.

Just wanted to say thank you for posting that, and also for what you guys are doing. After reading those, I understand now why Mike couldn't answer anything about BKMP and TFN, he didn't know. I wish him all the best. I do have one question though, since Mayhem is now Fight Media, do any additional filings need to be done to include Fight Media since it seems the CRTC now recognizes Fight Media as the entities controlling The Fight Network?

Hi Dakota Dad!

Sorry to arrive late to the party. I have not been on IHUB in ages. I just checked this board a couple of days ago out of curiosity to see if there was anything going on. From what I have briefly read, I see you are spear-heading the fight and getting together the BKMPers to join with TNF shareholders (like Mike Garrow, etc.) in a lawsuit against Mayhem. I want to congratulate you for your effort and all others in this fight to keep what I think we deserve as our interest in TFN.

Unfortunately I have not been on this board reading messages, so I was not aware of the deadline to submit my objection to the CRTC.

But if I can assist in providing evidence to our cause in anyway, I still have my certs, TFN/BKMP press releases, news articles, etc.

I am here to help.

SO...Today is the first time I have read those lawsuit files. Been busy with other things other than stock trading the last few years (like a normal job!). I see Sandy has hooked up with Andrea. If that is the case and the authorities are looking for Sandy and Andrea I'll bet I know where to find them.
