There was 100 mil O/S before the Acquisition of Regenobody. They then issued 300 mil. restricted shares for the Acquisition. So O/S is now 400 mil., not sure how many of the original 100 mil. was restricted or held by insiders which would indicate the float - but it trades like a real float of maybe 5-10 mil.
