Yep, as I said 234k in operational profit which is the real thing to look at, they had some charges on derivative liabilites which is obviously just an accounting gimmick so the net profit is lower than the operational profit but this isn't bad stuff. Let's see what they will do with it.

Did you see the numbers in the latest Q they posted? About 900k in revenues and 234k in income from operations. That would be about a million in income from operations on the year if they keep this up. Not too shabby for a 12 million-700k float stock right now.

I’m assuming that “loan” paid for the filings, TA fees, etc.

Feeling pretty confident they are taking this one over. Think we look back 3 months from now, very happy we pieced it together

ughh your right i read it wrong. Still very interesting Keystone would lend FUIG money... they have detailed there investments and they are basically all minimum $5 mil and nasdaqs. PolarityTE they did $25 mil for. So it is very out of character for them to show up here, lending just $20k. I think this will turn out like the Stella Diagnostics reverse merger Keystone just facilitated in september 2020

They didn't aquire 20 million shares, that stuff in the Q means that they did lend the company 20k bucks in january.

In the 10Q. They acquired 20 mil shares for like $10k. It looks like some weird control transfer. Keystone doesnt mess with otc pinkies, they only do big boards.

Well i’ve locked up 10% of it. Going to let this one play out, if it dips, i’ll just keep buying. The company is cool but I’m more interested in the position Key Capital Partners just took. They invest solely on Nasdaqs , and they brought one of their private company investments Stella Diagnostics into the jmdp ticker they had acquired. Could see something similar play out here. JMDP went 0.0030 to $1.50 when this occurred 3 months ago

Figure half the volume yesterday was the same shares flipping higher, really won't take much to hit that $1.

O/S 12m minus the 7.5m owned by the CEO leaves 4.5m o/s and just a 700k float

This usual chatter about "locking the float" is more often than not BS but here with just 700k or so they could indeed get most of them and then get the show onto the road so to speak.

Thanks for the links. These silent ones with such a low float that almost nobody is talking about are often absolute monsters. I had a few like this in the past, let's hope that we have another one here. Obviously this could go a lot more over the next few days and weeks.
