Does anyone know the status of the complaint since it was filed ? Is there a hearing date ?

Yes yes and yes... I can't believe when this tanked that someone (besides pgml) didn't come out and say "just landed 5,10,20 million shares". As we all watched 30 million shares were shorted (a tidy some of money) roughly $600,000 (on my guesstimator) plenty to by shares back on cheap in the mix of things. A PR April 27th case has been dropped, marriage reconciled, SL and PL hug and catch up. PR April 28th We get-------------

Has anyone ever considered the thought that, this whole thing was planned/orchestrated by "both" PL, and SL to grab shares at this unbelievably discounted rates?
