Spec_trader' I followed both those links and the data link had the FAQ information explaining the definition of a Failed to Deliver.

The actual link listing companies that have Failed to Delivers doesn't have CDIV on it any where?

Could you show us where you found CDIV on the list please? It would be good to know if they actual report those numbers on pinks or not.
