I took the file into Excel, parsed it and added up the totals for CDIV. Since this data is only for the first two trading weeks of March, it only tells part of the story. However, for the first 10 trading days of March they show Fail to Delivers as 552,491 shares at an average pps of 0.39. If we can get this data for past months I would be willing to do the same and get us a total asap.
Sure, open the zip file list, then open the file in notepad or word pad, then edit, find, type in cdiv. I just downloaded the file and it's the same file with them listed multiple times.
