the way I understand it,the7.5 mil.west coast loaned EAG they took payment in the form of stock.West coast pretty much owns this company now.I think this agreement enabled them to avoid reverse split for now.between cost restructuring,new contracts,lawsuit settlement and increased defense spending for their products,this should be a big turning point for them.hoping for a blow out quater and yearly report.

that explains why this stock never moves, i think that will all change one day
