Should see the attorney letter any time.. then it’s go time.
Plenty of filings again. Still need some attorney letters and then it won‘t take too long to get current.
6 filings yesterday on otcmarkets. Waiting on pink yield. It's coming! Possible merger in play...last filing noted both yes and no for change in control. Previous filings all on no only.
It's already dead... I just checked. No trading on this one ever again.
iI run one small pub co on otc and on the board of another. there simply is no extension of time past tomorrow on otc link which is the only place these can advertise quotes. if the ticker doesn't have a yield sign or pink current by close tomorrow this one is dead without a new 15c211 filings. no exceptions believe me, i've tried to by time it simply is a hard rule this ones done after tomorrow.
Also keep in mind, not all companies have the same filing deadlines. Some company I’m invested in have until October 31st to submit proper documentation.
So with that being said, $ADSF May have a different deadline to submit filings. I have a feeling that we might see a VP sooner rather than later.
ADFS lotto .001 restricted shares added yesterday, 50m OS dear LORD
Company has to upgrade to at least "Pink Limited Information" or PINK "Current Information" by Sept. 30th or will go to "expert market" or file a new 15c211...Market Makers will not likely file this due to low volume and share price so low.
However, once completed if completed, the company will be in an elite group of OTC opportunities of low issued shares, manageable volume that can build over time and you actually might be buying "a piece of the equity" of the company.
Let's hope the management will take advantage of the possibilities.. The Law firm is good, the location of the business is very good, buyer sentiment for a business like this is excellent. If these guys don't screw this up...it looks like you have a potential winner.

Wow nice find thnx VST
One cent tomorrow.
Seems like this one is getting massively short-sold..a shell at that...
. Is this company going into the real estate business ?
Sell off followed by a paint job??? Never thought I’d see that crap here.
Maybe someday.
I will just wait this out because I thought it was dead years ago and if it does anything, well I didn’t expect much any way.
GL
I stopped asking logical questions on otc stocks, the stuff I have seen in the last 15 years often have no explanation. All I see is that they came in early may saying that filings are in progress and now we have middle of september and nothing. That's all that is of interest to me. I still hope they will eventually get something done because being a stock with no information is not going to be good going forward with the new SEC proposal.
Given the form 4s why would they buy 12m shares then go dark?
Stock just lost half of it's value lately but it's at least stabilizing here. I wonder if we will ever hear again from them or not.
Holding up actually
The selling started now. Le's see how low it goes. What a shame that they promised something and then went completely silent.
They are very late already with their promised news stuff from months ago.
Hasn’t move much the last couple of weeks but holding green.
I hope this eventually gets some news.
I’ve had it for many years, what another several?
Super bullish candlestick pattern. Breakout again.
For ADFS the past 3 days have been quite active.
To me it’s fine. Let the market makers cover on high volume.
That‘s not ok at all then.
My shares were ask slaps showing red prints.
You mean you were waiting on the bid and somebody sold shares to you and they were coded red? That would be logical since somebody initiated that trade while he SOLD some shares to your bid. Now if you take some shares on the ask it won't show red.
Looks like .20 within a month
Funny that my buys are printing red. Who’s short?
Ah right on man thank you
Even without dilution plenty of stocks correct down after a big move if the next catalyst takes a while but this one seems really steady so far. Very strong.
There will be no sell off. Zero dilution. Zero shenanigans.
Impressive that the stock holds up so nicely without the company following through so far from the promises several weeks ago.
All price targets revised. Continuous volume suggests a pending move up.
ADFS: stock of the year!
No worries, I can be really patient.
Patience is needed here.
