These are called ' Material Facts ' and cannot be withheld from the public indefinitely.



And who saids Ken is holding back material facts from the shareholders indefinitely? Isn't it possible that he's waiting for the right time to release the information?! THINK ABOUT IT.

Why would they with hold a JV deal indefinitely from us lol. You are not even making any sense anymore, all logic and common sense have just gone completely out the window. A JV is this companys number 1 goal. That literally would be company changing news and transform us overnight. And you are trying to imply that this company would for some reason want to keep that type of news from us? LOL!
