Yes I am familiar with what you are saying. Company business comes first but once things have come to a conclusion they MUST BE DISCLOSED. Insider trading and all that. This is especially true for volatile emerging stock companies. I can see J V deals in this case perhaps being discussed behind the scenes but once things have jelled a news release is MANDATORY for the Canadian juniors. I think this would also apply to the financing details. These are called ' Material Facts ' and cannot be withheld from the public indefinitely.
